Hi all,
Yes, I'm back on the boards, finally.
It was so weird not being able to just log onto the internet at any time while on vacation.
For any that remember, . our a/c went out the night before our trip began. Finally, it is running again. They had to order a fan motor, which took a whole day to get. We stayed in a Residence Inn last night because the house was soooooo hot. This morning, it's cool.
Now, I must go buy groceries. This is good because I can stock up on healthy things.

Susan and Jeanne, we hope things are better for you both.
Tammy, how are you doing OP?
Dori, you have been very quiet.

Maureen, are you journaling again?

Sis, you are really doing soooo well.

Janelle, do you still have a fabulous garden?

Tina- where did you go on holidays? I have a week off in May - we have a long weekend on the 21st so I'm taking 4 days to make a week-not doing anything but it'll be nice not to set the alarm-it's usually nice at that time too-
I've been journalizing- but it's coming off so slowly!!

Oh my! I stepped on the scales this morning. That was a bad idea.
I gained 4 pounds on vacation. I know what I must do.

Wow, it's almost May! Amazing, huh!!!
We will need to start another Chatters thread.

What's going on with everone today? This afternoon I will plant some moss roses in a pot and put near our front, and only, door.

In the morning, I begin again journaling and eating lots and lots of fruit and veggies.

Good morning everyone
a new week a new beginning - I just can't seem to stay motivated. I've decided I'm going to walk to work today - it's 3 miles and a good way to start the day - it's not hot so I won't get to work all sweaty!! I'm having a spinach shake right now for breakfast - my lunch is packed. I can stick to program at work but it's when I get home that I find it really hard. It's because I'm bored here I think. Does anyone else find they have the same problem?

Well I hope we all have a great day we deserve it

I did it!! I walked to work! what a great feeling and a fantastic way to start the day - there's hope here - now I just have to make sure I make the right choices for food and stick to program. I'll let you know if I walk home too - that would be 6 miles for the day. I can do this - we can all do this - we're worth it

I did it!! I walked to a from work for a total of 6 miles - it took me 52 minutes each way door to door- so I'm very happy that I started my week this way - hopefully it will continue

Maureen, I was wondering if I could go along and you could act as my nanny too!!!! That is great about walking to work!

Tina, you will get the vacation gain off quickly.
Sis, I think I could use your encouragement too!

Tim, Lauren, and I were at Disney from the 21st to the 28th. I tracked all of my food and exercise each day. Wore a pedometer, and boy did we walk! Lauren and I did exercises in the pool one night. I didn't go to aerobics or WW today. Seems like every time that I get home from a trip, I have a couple of pain and sleep filled days. Sleep from the meds that I take for the pain. I really didn't think I overdid it on the trip. I wasn't in the parks as long each day as the kids were, but apparently I did. I will go to weigh in tomorrow night or Wed. morning.
