Hi! I'd love to join too! This July I promised myself a year of extreme self-care. I just started back on WW Saturday. It's been a good week! I'm also using a life/weight coach who has lost 100 pounds herself. That's been a big help!
When I turn 45 next August, I am going to go rock climbing with my son and his wife. Sometime during the summer I also plan to put on a wet suit and do the beluga whale interaction at Sea World. I want to have a life full of adventure and activity that comes with being fit!
