the past few days have been so-so in on track-wise but i haven't resisted on getting pizza a couple times, a huge weakness of mine. i am forever trying to keep my apartment de cluttered...that's another stress, on top of my school and my daughters school that makes me crazy! this friday i'm going to the midnight twilight movie, so excited! that means sitting outside the theater for 6-7 hours to make sure i am in the front of the line!

I'd like to join in as well. I'm actually in maintenance, my 1 year challenge is to stay there! My other challenge is to work through all the workouts in the New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women. About, me. Married, grown twin boys, 2 granddaughters. Work for a veterinarian. Live on a farm and have 3 spoiled dogs.

Default 2 weeks OP and 50 weeks to go

Hello everyone,

I haven't been here in a few days, as things have been insanely crazy. I was worried about weigh in on Saturday, as I was experiencing my TOM, but I went anyhow and was down 0.2. I was super excited. I usually gain 3 to 4 pounds, so this was a great feat!

Welcome Janelle! Nice to have you here!

I am been staying OP, but I really want to eat more. I sure hope that I can keep up being good.

Hi! I'd love to join too! This July I promised myself a year of extreme self-care. I just started back on WW Saturday. It's been a good week! I'm also using a life/weight coach who has lost 100 pounds herself. That's been a big help!

When I turn 45 next August, I am going to go rock climbing with my son and his wife. Sometime during the summer I also plan to put on a wet suit and do the beluga whale interaction at Sea World. I want to have a life full of adventure and activity that comes with being fit!
