I'm still here! Hangin in maintenance mode.

Got a lot of family stuff going on, niece beat the crap out of one of her kids, so cops, social services and lots of stuffs happening.

Hope it settles down soon. Been in touch with all agencies involved.

Janelle, wow, I'm sorry about all the family stuff.
On a bright note, maintenance mode isn't bad.

I've totally blown this weekend. Tomorrow is a new day and a new week. I'm going to do my best to lose as much as humanly possible this week. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Hello, hello!!!!!

Spent the day with a friends yesterday. Red Lobster for lunch.....Broiled Tilapia, 2 sides....both steamed broccoli and yes..........2 of those awful (lol) rolls they serve! Urgh! Then.....WENDY'S for dinner....small chili and side salad. So overall I stayed OP even eating out!!! WELL....UNTIL LAST NIGHT...When I couldn't find the perfect snack, so, I had a bunch of crap! I need a kick in the butt!

I sure hope everyone is ok!
