    Great week, now I'm working on this week. Slipped a bit yesterday. Need to stay focused and really exercise!!!!

    Checked in and posted on 3FC each day = I think I missed a day or two
    Journaled & drank my water = not like I should have and it showed! Ugh!

    Checked in - I think I did better this week
    New Recipe - not a ww one but I did make a new cookie recipe - LOL

    My exercise I have under control but I still struggle with the food if I am thrown off track so working on that, especially this time of year!!

    3. Kept mindless eating minimal
    4. Can exercise again this week.
    We're closing in on the stretch.
    I have to remember "fake weight" goes away pretty fast as long as I stop the indulgence.

    start of challenge: 189.8/183.8# down 6# since start. I'll take that and run. By the way, if I'd run, I'd lose faster.
