I just wanted to start a group for those of us who weigh in on Fridays. The old thread was several months old. I know there are new people out there who are looking for some encouragement and support. So..........
How did you do this week? This was my first full week on WW P+ program so I was so so so excited to see that I lost 4.8 in my first week!!
A little about me, I'm Rebecca 31 yr old mom of 4 kids ages 2, 4, 6, and 8. I've been working out and being more conscience of my eating habits for almost 6 months now, but haven't lost much weight. I've lost inches and feel tons better but the pounds aren't coming off. So I've joined WW for some accountability. And have determined that I need that support group weekly as well as all you guys daily
