Well I lost 0.6 pounds last week, and maintained this week with zero weight loss or gain. I reached my 16 weeks with wight watchers and have lost a total of 34.8 pounds. Am hoping to not get discoraged with the small weight loss last week and no weight loss this week. I just keep putting one foot and front of the other and telling myself that no weight loss is better than a gain. I also have to keep looking at the whole picture and not each individual week. Hope everyone else has a good weight loss this week.
