Thursday Chatters for May
Hello! This thread is for those who would like to Chat with others who weigh in on Thursday, or for those who used to weigh in on Thursday, or those who have never dreamed of weighing in on Thursday. It is for EVERYONE!!!!! This group is a wonderful group of women. I haven't been here for a while because of Health problems, but I hope I start making it back soon!!
Hope no one minds I started the May thread.
How is everyone doing? Life has slowed down a bit for a few days for me. Whew!
Still on track, should be down some more at WI tonight. Need to decide on a final goal. Gonna think it over after I hit 145.

Hi all,
Janelle, thanks soooooo much for starting us off this month. No one minds you starting us off.
It's so strange that these months are going by so fast. 
We got back from the beach last night. I'm so tired. I haven't unpacked the case yet. Larry was off today and we just hung out. Tomorrow things will get back to normal. I have no idea what I weigh and really don't want to look at the scales. 
How is everyone doing?

WI tonight. Up, .4 Grr! I know it's only 4 ozs. but irritates me. I weigh at home every morning and write it on a calendar above my scale. I was down 1.8 from last week this morning. So was expecting to be down tonight.
After some reflection, I realize, I've been on track, but eating more salty foods, and I started lifting weights, which can cause water retention. Plus I tend to lose good for 4-5 weeks and then I stall out.
So no worries, will wait for my body to catch up!

On a positive note, this is my second time around with ww. Started back at 173. I finally got my 10% tonight. Should have gotten that 5 pounds ago. Our leader is a little slow on the draw.
But I'll take it. And I"m doing the walk it challenge. Walked 4.4 miles on Sunday. Woof, that treck from my house to the At&t tower, the first half all uphill is a walk! I'm walking a 5k on Memorial Day Weekend with my sis.

Afternoon,
I'm so slow today. I have to get going tomorrow with exercising.
Today, I'm emptying the case and washing. Such a drag!
Also, I went to the store and bought healthy things.

Hi group,
I just got back from my last appt. with the surgeon. I'm healed. Really, the soreness that I still have will stay with me. It's better now so I won't be going back ever again!!!
I'm OP tody.  I'm meeting my sister for lunch - Chinese but I'm getting veggie dumplings. Yummy!
Anyone have any new recipes for me to try?????

Good morning. Work till noon today, then off to get a load of old hay for garden mulch. Supposed to be a nice spring day. I'm planning on playing outside in my garden.

Larry and David are taking me out to eat tomorrow. We're going to a steak place They have a K-Bob that is so good! It has steak pieces and lots of veggies.

Good Morning Everyone & Happy Mothers Day!
Tina - ahhhhh, I can't believe we are moving either. We were suppose to buy bobs moms house several years ago....you might have remembered that, and we backed out at the last minute because of the AMOUNT of our house pym. Well, when his grandfather died last month, we were approached about buying that one. CHEAP!!!!!!! Soooooo, we did! Now we are going to "flip" it. But we will live in it and sell ours!  Sad & happy all in the same breath! lol! I'm sooooo sure once we start, (monday) I will be totally happy! lol
I will keep you posted with pictures.
Here is one of the old kitchen........and there is a pic of the GOING to be New Kitchen.......
PS - We will start remodeling this coming week sometime.
