I made the decision tonight to do the 7 day free trial of WW Online, and I know my credit card will be billed at the end if I don't cancel, but I think I will stick to it. I was debating re-joining WW for awhile but I finally decided on it today because I have gained some weight and noticed it today at the doc's scale. I definitely have tried WW before and it has always worked, I just get frustrated and give up. I feel motivated now though, and very happy and excited about my decision to do WW again. I know I only signed up for the free trial but I think I will stick with this. We'll see. I just know I can't keep living the way I have been, and it is time for a change! Willingness to change is a big thing which I have now, and haven't always had, so I am proud of myself.
