Angry new girl on the block

Hi, I am a newbie. Just started WW after trying many other diets. I really like it so far (im in my second week). I am a little nervous about Thanksgiving. I am also celebrating my birthday this week so I know the temptation to over indulge is going to be there.

If anyone has any tips for me I would appreciate the input.

Hi cabingirl! Welcome...I'm sure you will find lots of support here. I hope you will come and post on our daily threads. Thanksgiving and a birthday all in one week..wow! I guess there are no easy answers...only LOTS of point-banking when you can and half-portions of higher-fat items if you just can't pass them by. It's progress that matters, not perfection. Hope to see lots of you in the future!
