I work Sat & Sun.....so I'm going to try to get to a meeting tomorrow morning before I go into work! I'll letcha' know! I'm pretty sure I did ok.......but TOM.. So we will see!

A loss of .4# this week. Not a big loss at all, but I'll take it. I'm not surprised because I haven't really been OP so any loss is welcomed at this point. This week will be better.

I passed today. I've got water retention and it's not pretty.
