mushrooms, onions, tomatoes & catsup: 0
baked FF: 3

Total: 11.5/22.5/27

S - skinny cow: 2
teddy grahms: 3
skim milk: 2
Total: 7/29.5/27

Range: 22-27
Total for day: 29.5/27

Water: 85 + oz

EX: 20 min treadmill (AM) [15 min walk/5 min run]

Breakfast
soy protien loaf Kinda like a protien filled angel food cake/pound cake it had 21 grams of protien and kept me filled up for ages i toasted it and topped it with cinamon

Lunch Salsbury Turkey stuff 4 pts
ff mashed potatoes 3 pts
Dinner
healthy choice meal turkey with wild rice 4
1/2 a can of goya peach nectar 2
snack:
8 dora the explorer teddy grahams 3
2 twizzlers 2.5

1 cup lemon ginger tea sooo good
1/4 cup egg beaters 1
1 slice ff cheese 1
1/2 half a disgusting low carb bar 100 calories 1.75 grams of fat 2 pts
Morning snack- 2 cups of orange garden tea
bag of teddy grahams 4
1 funsized peppermint patty
Lunch
Trader Joes split pea soup 3
Pretzels 2
applesauce 1.5
2 cups of orange tea
chocolate frenzy
2 peppermint patties minis and a mini reeses pb cup
I'm thinking my 4 peices of chocolate probably add up to 8
Turkey salsbury stuff over cauliflower
