I've had a rough week with 2 medical procedures, being put on a 6 day steroid pack and TOM visiting on my weigh in day (how nice of him...), so I was up 1.2lbs. I'm not discouraged though with everything stacked against me. I stayed OP every day just haven't been able to get my activity in like I normally do.

That's ok... on to next week!

Wendy--Ouch!!!!! I am sorry about you having those procedures. That steroid pak would definitely cause water retention, not to mention TOM.

You'll get it off next time.
Feel better soon!

Thanks, Tina!

I decided to offset any sadness I had about my gain by going ahead and setting a goal list. I have 7 "milestones" that I have set and rewards that go along with each, so I'm very excited about the road ahead. No matter how long it is... it will be worth every day it takes!

Once I've been on here long enough to have a fancy signature like everyone else, I'll list my goals there so I'll have that constant reminder. YAY!

Smile Yeah!

Good Morning Ladies!

I am down 1# this week !

The trick will be to see if I can keep it off as I am away this weekend, so there will be lots of restaurant meals.

Have a good week and I hope that your scales are friendly.
