It's almost Thursday.

I'm excited because maybe I'll have a loss. Did you hear that---maybe.

I might have Chinese tomorrow night and have water retention.

Anyway, I'm so excited about weighing.

I have been MIA for the last few weeks...to many anniversary, birthday dinners and outings.

Anyway I am up 1 # since last weigh in.

I am not sure if it is accurate or not as we had to buy a new scale as our led display was fading. The new scale seems read about 2 pounds higher for both myself and my husband.

Back on the plan and counting points.

Tough chick - congrats on the loss last week!

YIKES TOO MUCH GOBBLE GOBBLE FOR ME
I am up 3lbs....however I am expecting a monthly visit so I am not TOO concerned. I usually show a plus before.

Wow, I'm gonna have to really hurry to make my Halloween Challenge weight!!!!! Oops, that challenge might have to go into November.

I am down 1.8# this week!!

My Hubby has started to follow the plan with me, so now there is even more motivation and is helpful for both of us to have a "buddy" in the house.

Now I just have to be good and stay out of the Halloween treats...

HEY WOLLYGIRL WAY TO GO
The scales have been acting strange with me, up and down the same tow #'s since our Thanksgiving. I am down 2#'stoday, but I am having difficulty believing it. I am sticking to the plan, and am working out regularly. I will believe the scale next week when I keep the #'s off
