Yup, we need a bunch of Wednesday weighers here! I do my WW weigh-in on Wednesdays simply because I'm a minister who undertakes a mandatory sunrise-to-sunset fast every Wednesday, so why not get weighed in with an empty belly each week???
Anyways, I just completed 3 weeks on the WW program. My weekly weight-loss on Wednesday was 0.8 pounds, for a grand total of 9.0 pounds so far.
My experience so far: it's easier to fast entirely than to eat moderately. Isn't that weird? But eating moderately is what will keep me losing weight for the long haul, so I'm willing to learn how to deal with it.
