Default Wednesday Weigh In!

Hi everyone!

I was searching for a Wed Weigh in. It looks like some folks might be interested, so let's get this going! I have noticed that the WW forums overall don't have a lot of new activity. Maybe we could change that?!?

Anyway, I don't weigh in until this evening, so I will come back and post (hopefully a loss) then.

I joined up WW at work last week and today at noon is our first weigh in and meeting. You finally have a Wednesday weigh in partner I'll come back and report my start weight this afternoon.

4) Onederland
5) Hit my high school weight 175 pounds
6) Final goal of 150! (this might be adjusted as I get closer)

Starting weight ~ 265 (at noon with clothing on - I normally weigh in first thing in the morning after using the washroom and naked)

I weigh in on Mondays, but would be willing to record my loss for then if it is okay. I don't see a Monday group on here either.

September 20: 131.5 - lost 2.5 pounds

Congratulations econerd, JennyT and Old Hickory Chick!!

What are you working on this week, ladies? I'm trying to get some exercise in everyday this week. I already miss two days this week because I was sick, but am trying to do at least 30 mins of walking for the rest of the week.

Hi everyone!
I would also like to join in Wednesday weigh-in group.
I've been trying to lose those pounds for the last 3 years but only with ww I had some result.
Now I have to be back on track because Christmas was a bit disastrous on my diet..so here I am!

Yesterday's weigh :195.6 pounds

(I sometimes weigh on Sundays too, in that case I'll let you know)

Well, so far I have only lost 1 pound.
So today 194.6 (I could have lost more I know but that's ok as fas I don't go up!)

As I can see, nobody is here but I'll keep on posting as this keeps me motivated!
Today weigh-in: 193.4!
That means a loss of 2.2 pounds in less than a week!
I'm satsified as long as the scale keeps going down!

Yup, we need a bunch of Wednesday weighers here! I do my WW weigh-in on Wednesdays simply because I'm a minister who undertakes a mandatory sunrise-to-sunset fast every Wednesday, so why not get weighed in with an empty belly each week???

Anyways, I just completed 3 weeks on the WW program. My weekly weight-loss on Wednesday was 0.8 pounds, for a grand total of 9.0 pounds so far.

My experience so far: it's easier to fast entirely than to eat moderately. Isn't that weird? But eating moderately is what will keep me losing weight for the long haul, so I'm willing to learn how to deal with it.
