Default Thursday Weigh In for .....JULY!!!!!
Hi everyone! We are a bunch of folks sharing our success (and not so successful) weigh ins! Most weigh in on Thursdays but many of us weigh in on other days and just scoot over here and share.
Everyone here is supportive and give so much motivation!

Heres to a "cool" successful July!

I knew the scale wouldn't be kind this week, after vacation, and so I'm going to skip this Thursday.

Okay ladies and gentlemen, I have a feeling that this will be a good week for us all.
We've been pretty quiet around here. I know--it's summer and no one wants to weigh----at least, that's my thinking.

hi! Down 2# today! That put my points in a new "bracket"! I'm only allowed 26 instead of 30! I think I'll be starving! hahah!
