Hi! Gained .06#! Urgh, I wasn't surprised.........Oh well I think we all know why! hahah! This is a new week and I PROMISE MYSELF & YOU......there will be a loss next week! I bought the WW Punch Workout! Can't wait to open it up tonight!!!!!

I just know I'll have a loss tomorrow because I peeked today. I'm almost back to my "before vacation" weight. Yaha!

I lost 1.5 lbs. Now I'm almost down to my tracker weight. It's going in the right direction.
Susan, sorry about the salt gain.
