Woo hoo to all of the losers!!!!!

Ok. I weighed this morning even though I weighed on Thurdsay. I wanted to see if the other 1/2 of that pound was gone, and it was plus a smidgeon more. I changed my tracker just to make me happy. lol

For exercise, I'll be starting classes at the Y this week on M-W-F. Also will be walking in the training sessions for the 5k in July.

I just WI and I am down 1#! That makes me 217#s!!!!! Ahhhhhhhh, I'm so excited! It is taking forever, but.......at least it is coming off!
