Thumbs up Thursday Weigh-In Results for December

Good Day,
I hope everyone will come here to post their weigh-in results. Even if you don't go to meetings, which I don't right now, you can get on your own scales and come here to post.

I'm doing good trying to stay at my goal weight.

Okay, I'm going to subtract one pound from my tracker. I've been eating too much since Thanksgiving. With all the sweets and things that I'll be making for Christmas, I'd better get to journaling.

Who else wants to talk?

Me!!!!!!!!!!!!
No weigh in yesterday I must of eaten something funny because my stomach was acting up and didn't want to be on the bus when nature called
I'm pretty sure I am down though.
Man the hardest part of Christmas for me is the sweets.

Hi,
Mimi, I'm with you on the sweets. I started today.
I bought some packages of Towle House chocolate chip cookie dough. I just had 4 cookies. I can't stay away from those things but I always bake them at Xmas.

On a good note----until I weigh next time----I was down 1/2 pound this morning.

Hi all,
I know that this is not a time when we want to even think about those scales.
We have to remember not to beat ourselves up for enjoying the holiday treats. Just remember to get in some exercise and water!!!

Happy New Years Eve!!!

This is the last Thursday of 2009. Wow, that sounds funny, doesn't it!
We've all been really trying this year. Being on WW doesn't mean that you'll have instant success. It's a "way of life."

We can do this!
Next year--tomorrow--we will continue getting on the scales.

See you in 2010!
