YEA!!!!!!!! that is a great loss!!!!

I can't even begin to weigh because this boot weighs about 10 pounds. I can't stand without it so that pretty much sums that up. I better be losing since I can't eat unless it's brought to me.

Down 4.5 this week!!! I also reached my 5% (9lbs) and my total weight loss is 10.9. All this in two weeks!! That just goes to show that I was really eating like crap before. Anyway, I'm really happy! Good job everyone!!!

Susan, get weighed! Think how much you'll lose when the boot is off!!!

I am so disappointed about weigh in last night. Not so much the weigh in, but the measurements taken since it was the end of the session. No loss in weight, and hardly any difference in my measurements from the beginning of the session 11 weeks ago. I thought for sure that the way my clothes were fitting that there would be a significant difference, but that sure didn't happen.

Sat here and cried last night which was silly. I know that I am healthier, but I just kept thinking that why am I even bothering with watching the calories and doing all of the exercise. I actually considered just staying home today instead of heading to the Y, but I'm going to go.

Ok. I'm done with my self - pity party.

Hope you all do great!!

Tammy, I am so sorry about the weigh-in and measurements.
You're right that there should've been a change since your clothes fit better.
It's not fair!!!!!
Don't give up!

Tina, I ended up doing some measurements on my own today, and they don't match up with those from last night. I get measured at the Y on Monday night, so I'll compare those too. I won't give up. I tried to kick it up at pilates and zumba this morning, but having classes everyday this week has made me pooed out. Tomorrow is the last day of aerobics till September.

I was unable to get to my WW meeting last night and therefore did not officially weigh-in. However, I know I'm down at least two pounds...but I won't really count that until I go to my meeting next Thursday evening. Good Luck this week!!!

Today I kept thinking it was Thursday. It's a good thing it wasn't because I didn't weigh.

Everyone, go to the new thread for July!
