I'm new posting here...started back to WW 4 weeks ago and have lost a total of 4.6# so far....slow but sure! Can we get a group going here, telling a little about each other so we can check in each Wednesday?
Let me start....I'm a Lifetime member, but am waaay over my goal...got at least 40-50 lbs to lose. I'm 62, married, have 3 adult, married children (2 boys, 1 girl) and am no longer working, my husband will be retiring in the next couple of years. Oh, yeh, and I have 1 old dog (love my animals!).
I weigh in during the am class...meeting starts at 8 am. I find this easier for me than the pm class...I have to travel 30 miles one way to a meeting, so I want to lose my weight before wintertime,,,then I only need to go once a month. I live in Michigan (it gets quite nasty around Jan/Feb/Mar).
I look forward to hearing from anyone who might want to compare meeting notes, experiences, anything.
Oh, yeh, I'm also a big country music fan and love to read...
