Thrilled again! I was down 2 1/2 pounds! Apparently I'm doing something right this time. Just hope it continues.

Fantastic about that loss, Tammy.

I weighed and am 1 pound over my tracker weight. Some of that could be from this binder that I've had to wear around my abdomen.
