This recipe serves 4 and is 4.5 points per slice. I usually cut it so it serves 8.
I also do not add the cool whip and have never had it with the banana so I usually just count each slice as 2 pts.
What you need:
9 inch pie plate
just under 2 cups rice crispies
4 Tbls. Peanut Butter
1 Tbls. Honey
1 Med. Banana (not necessary but is good if you like)
1 small package sugar free/fat free Choc. pudding
2 cups skim milk
1 cup Lite cool whip
What to do:
Take Peanut butter & honey together and microwave for 20 seconds.
Mix PB & honey into rice crispies (mix really well till it gets all
Press this into pie plate for your crust.
Slice banana over crust.
Mix together pudding and milk (just like directions on package)
Pour over pie crust and banana.
Top with cool whip.
It's ready to eat then but I like mine better after it been in the
