Hey Girls its 5 pm New years day I'm still bejammied and lazy
between drinkingin all the american new years midnights nd TOM im a bit knackered to say the least
ok now dont hate me but since my doc told me to do Low carb Im following carb addicts diet only well without the added butter and grease i used the first time
this morning i had egg whites in cooking sprayand a piece of bacon (mom made bacon for the holiday start the year of with some well clogged arteries)
I'm also going to see if i can follow with ww points aswell
now my one question is should i make a monthly goal or give myself 2 months todo one ? i'm not really sure GRRRR
