Thursday Weigh In for December!!
Hello fellow losers!
This is the place to post your weigh-in results.
We've always followed the WW plan and most of us used to weigh on Thursdays. You can weigh on any day and still come here.

Thanks so much for starting us off.
I believe some of us have a December goal. Mine is 5 pounds.
This week, I won't be able to weigh-in as my mother is in the hospital.

No one wants to post this time of year??? 
I lost 3 pounds while sitting in the hospital. Those 3 pounds were the ones I gained over the Thanksgiving holiday. Oops. At least, they're gone now. Next week maybe my tracker will move.

Good for getting rid of those 3 pounds! I didn't get weighed. Totally forgot about it. I guess that is better than obsessing over the scales.

Great news for me.....
I'm down one pound. My ticker is moving again!!!
Even though I'm going to a WW meeting tomorrow, I decided to do my official weigh-in at home where I've been using this scale.
Okay, we can do this!!!

It's time for a pep talk.
I know it's holiday season with all the temptations in front of our mouths.
We must do something right to stay OP----even if it's to drink our water or eat our fruits and veggies.
