Hey.................how did everyone do yesterday! I gained!!! Uck! 1.5#! It's water - it's water - it's water!!! OK............I'm pretty sure it is just water weight!

I can report a loss!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure it is because I bought new scales and because I changed my tracker to start over. Ha! Anyway, I am down 2 pounds, and I am thrilled.
