Hello nice people !!
My name is Victoria and I am a member of WW. I joined 3 weeks ago and had my second weigh-in on Saturday. I lost 4.6 the first week and 1.8 the second.
I would like to be part of this board not only because I am a WW member but because I am very health and diet oriented. I am a new vegan, moving up from a dairy eating vegetarian and animal lover. I eat whole foods now, and have left off the processed, boxed and 'diet' foods.
I use my treadmill as my main exercise, but do have a few hand held weights too in my bedroom. I also like to walk, and took many lovely country walks while I was living in England all of last year.
Anyhow, looking to give and receive support here !!!
