Hey Shay- found you! I forgot the thread was moving.
Starting again again. It's Monday, I went to water aerobics, I've written stuff down.
Goals this week
Write it down!! (been really lax on that lately)
No white stuff. (meaning sugar, flour and excessive dairy- tum tum has been bothering me lately)
Water. (for some reason i've been falling behind on that too)
Go to exercise class.
That's more than 3 things, but needing to realign my attentions.
