Just recently joined forum and ww as well. Started last Friday morning and wasn't so surprised by my weight, knew it wasn't good. I'm at 189 and my goal is 18 pounds to lose - then more, but I'll try the 18 first. I'm armed with the information but now to put it into practice. It took years to put on the weight and now hopefully it won't take too many years to take it off. My ultimate goal is when I look in the mirror and feel good and my kids say I look nice. I know I need to eat better but I'm just so picky plus need more exercising. I need to up my willpower and just get to it!
(Also trying to learn about all the postins, pics, symbols, etc.)
