Default Week of 9/17

I lost 2.5 which ahs me at 140 the plateau is almost busted!
that being said I started my day with WW oats and all I want is SUGAR Welcome Hazy and alkali!!!

Congrats!!! It's always nice to break through those plateaus. Do you mind if I ask how long you have been using Weight Watchers? I don't know of any one else who has had as much success as you have and I don't know what to expect as far as how quickly the weight comes off.

Hey Hazy:
ACtually the bulk of my weight has not been via WW. I had gastric bypass last year. I started WW in April to make sure I was staying on track with eating right. I've lost 10 pounds with WW but we have some semi lurkers who lost a lot with WW and did great
I have a disability and couldn't exercise enough to get into serious weight loss

Hey ladies! Busy week for me and it only gets worse! I have 3 doctors appointments over the next 2 days. But after that, I will be on VACATION for a week and I so badly need it. I can't wait!!!

Not so great. The MRI machine broke down before my test, so I had to wait an extra hour (after already having the contrast put into my hip). Oh well. At least they ended up getting it up and running!!! Results tomorrow, along with a dentist appointment.

Hey Guys I'm up early since 4 UGH! I couldn't breathe!
It's such a small world I was in the caf at my job yesterday and I ran into a girl from My WW meeting. but it was cool and not awkward she seems really nice so maybe I have a new friend!
Stress nd fibro have colluded to make my eating crap (oh yeah and me!) but I'm going to detox and work out and hopefully not kill my progress!
Lori that stinks about the MRI machine let us know what happens!!
ok I'm going to attempt to get back to sleep!

Just wanted to say have a good week this coming week! I am off on vacation to Portland, OR where my specialist is. We are making the trip into a vacation though. I'm excited... so happy to NOT be going to work for 9 more days!!! Wish me luck staying on track I usually do better when I'm travelling because I'm so picky about not wanting to gain that I am SUPER particular about where I will eat and what it will be. I also exercise more. Usually I lose, so let's hope that happens this time too
