I did so poorly today I didn't just fall off of the wagon - it ran over me! Ugh...I was doing well; I worked out at Curves and then walked to work. While I was at work I painted my bosses office (which is mostly cinder block so it was hard work) and then for lunch my husband brought me chicken strips and french fries and then for dinner, I decided to have an order of crab rangoon (6 pieces) by myself along with about 1/4 of my order of sesame chicken. I am a disappointment to my mother (jk). I don't even want to look back and calculate how far over I was.
I am all decked out in gym clothes and intend to hit the eliptical once my "meal" settles. I hope you all were more steadfast than I was today!
I was way over yesterday too. On top of that, I didn't get all my veggies in either. This has been going on for a few days now, since I started feeling better (was sick for a few days). I've committed to staying in my points target today and getting all my dairy and veggies (I never have a problem with water ).
lol your so cute .... ive had days that i get run over too though dont feel bad ! at least you plan to go to the gym and work it out ! sometimes when i fall off the bandwagon i wallow in misery and it takes me several daysss to get back on !
