Out of town tomorrow and Sunday- have a good weekend!

I had a good week weigh-in. Down every day, in fact earlier this evening I got on the scale, 'cause I was in that bathroom and it was down below 260! Hope my out of town workshop doesn't change the steady drop.

toodle-oo!

Hello,
I've had a pretty decent week in relation to food and water. No exercise. I'm still struggling with that one. I am contemplating doing the C25K plan. I want to get a bit more weight off so I don't tear up my knees. I will most likely start in November. I went to a vegetarian restaurant with my bf today. We really liked the food we got there. So we will definitely go there again.
