Good morning everyone:
Well, I re-joined ww yesterday and was really happy all day, lol.
The leader is a guy who I remember from the last time I was there. He's really funny. For example, when I said I came back to ww after about a 2 year absence, he said "wait a minute, and he called out to the reception in the front room, saying "Rosemary, call 911 and tell them they can take Dianne's picture off the milk cartons, we found her!" lololol. He cracked everyone up. Another good thing was that my scale at home is two pounds over what I really weigh, so that was a nice surprise, lol. I went to the gym and walked 3 miles on the treadmill and I'm going back today. I was kind of walking on clouds yesterday and I really felt I did something good for myself.
Things have changed a bit at ww, though, like I have less points than I had way back when. Also, I think some of you have tried this before - he told me to start tracking points with dinner instead of breakfast. He said since dinner is usually your biggest meal, you should start there and then whatever is left over you use for breakfast and lunch the next day. I guess it makes sense since it kind of relieves the pressure of leaving enough points for dinner every day. We'll see. If it doesn't work out for me, I'll go back to the regular way.
