Let's try this again...It won't let me edit the title of the thread. So this is the one for this week.

Good morning everyone,
I am starting this and I will stop through again later. Regarding goals, I will repeat the same ones this week. I have not met them consistently

Goals
Stay OP (28 pts)
Drink 72 oz of water
Exercise 3x week

It's me again. I was at work trying to start the thread and messed up. That was my 3rd try. That's what happens when you are in a rush. I just had so much to do. Now I'm home and I feel a little less rushed but I have plenty to do here too.

Well I weighed in and I'm down 3lbs! I'm excited about that because I've finally lost the 4lbs I regained plus an additional pound. I'm back on track. If I continue being "good" I may make that Halloween goal after all. We shall see.

Hi Jeanne.

Okay I lost my original post. Thanks for the support Jeanne. Just checking in. I did pretty good with food yesterday but couldn't squeeze all of the water in. New day will try again.

Hey ladies,

Checking in here. Been running high the past few days, but I was out of town. Yesterday I had a migraine most of the day and then had a munchie fit in the evening. Today is better- in range, but probably topping out since we went for Mexican for dinner. Good thing they have a good tilapia with mango salsa. I just avoid the rice and the tortillas are small. No workout today, but did go to water aerobics yesterday despite the headache. Thought it would help, but no dice.

Tomorrow, I'll miss, so maybe I will do the balance ball.

Goals this week:

Maintain the loss. Stay in points. Salad every day. 1 snack in the evening.

exercise isn't going to get hit so hard since TOM arrived and I get headaches and some icky stomach, just enough to keep moving and from getting stiff.

later,

Ruthannie--I like all the planning you do ahead of time.

Jeanne--every little bit counts.

Question--We are a really small group so I was thinking about doing a monthly thread rather than weekly? Meaning we would post in this one until Sunday and I put a new one up for the month of October on Monday, Oct. 1st.

I keep falling asleep before I finish my water but doing really well with food.

Sounds like a plan, Jeanne. I will do that then. Unless anyone else has objections. Let me know. I have been busy, busy, and busy. I am still trying to make sure I check in at 3FC everyday or every other day. I did have a small piece of cake today but I scraped off the icing. Besides I've been barely using my 35 extra flex points so I sbubtracted it out of that. Doing better with water today. I may actually make it. No exercise.

Monthly sounds good to me. If others join, we can go back to a more frequent thread change.

I haven't exactly hit my goals this week. Hope the numbers hold steady. Life is kind of busy.

I saw the neurosurgeon yesterday about doing surgery on my back (disk herniation). It's scheduled for December 11. My new goal (in addition to Halloween) is to be really diligent on the exercise and work on losing 15 pounds before the surgery. More would be great, but the less I weigh and the stronger or more fit I am, the shorter and easier the rehab.

He said 6-8 weeks before "normal" resumes. I will be able to walk and they encourage several shorter walks a day, so hopefully that will keep me from gaining. I may have to be happy with maintaining through December/January and get back to vigourous workouts when the Spring semester begins.

I've been high or over on points several days this week- house guest, TOM and just busy. Hope you all have a good weekend. I'll check in again tomorrow.

Hi everyone,
I just finished breakfast and I'm drinking my coffee. I'm in a bit of denial about all the stuff I need to do bw work and personal life. I guess it is easier to deal with if I don't stress about it. Food is still going really well. No changes with water, still struggling, and exercise, not doing it.

Hi- I'm ready to relax for the night. Had a nice dinner that I didn't have to cook! Need to plan the week, so I can cook stuff tomorrow. It was so hectic in class today I didn't get to eat lunch. I need to only take things that I can eat out of hand on Saturdays (wraps, carrots, fruit, etc.). That way I can visit with students on their projects and still eat my lunch.

I'll catch you later,
