Losing weight with small children in the house can be tricky, but lots of our members have done it and so can you. Try to think of your daily goals (eating WW foods--not the baby's leftovers) and you'll be fine.

Today I am babysitting for a short while and then am going to the memorial service for our dear friend. We miss him terribly. It will be a long day, but I'm going to focus on the reason we are all getting together to commemorate him and deal with my emotions. I will also deal with eating the closest to core that I can get. I hope things go well for you Judy. I am sorry for the loss of your friend. I am 24 and have never really experienced that. I did lose my grandpa but i was like 8 and don't really remember it.
