I pop in and out... and haven't posted for the same reason.
I'm doing better eating, not great, but better. My goal right now is to eliminate late-night snacks. I tend to eat junk when nobody's around to notice!
I've only been able to check in twice now since last Thursday. I've been away from home (part vacation, part work). I fly back Friday night. Back in the office on Monday. Then I'll be able to check more regularly.
On the bright side, I don't think I've gained any weight from having been on this trip, but I won't know for sure until I get home!
