So a bunch of us have some weddings to go to coming up in late spring and over the summer. Let's set some goals for them for motivation! I have 18 weigh-ins between now and the wedding I am going to on July 7th (yes, yes, they did that on purpose 7/7/07) So my goal is going to be 24 pounds, which would put me at 158.2 for the wedding. My weight-watchers goal is 162 and my personal goal is 150, so I'm glad this is somewhere in-between

I'm in! I have a wedding to attend (and I'm a BM) in September.
I have goals of 2 pounds per week, but only computer through the beginning of August, which is still a total loss of 73 pounds. Right now, I'm at 35 pounds down, so almost half way there at another 38 pounds to go.
Ok I have my first goal date in mind we have a coctail party a month before the wedding on april 14th a month from now I'd like to be down 8 pounds I'm going to WI tomorrow and set things into motion!
summer - I'm here to cheer you on! You can do it! I hope to be around 200 (love to be way lower though!) before the wedding I have to attend (that I'm a BM in) before September.
KO - 8 pounds, you can do it! That sounds like 2 pounds per week - totally attainable. You've done great so far, based upon your ticker.

I'm doing yoga and physical therapy and Arm bike Tonight is yoga night I'm putting myself on a schedule!
hey should we have a goal for everyones events that way its harder to slack off!
KO - I tend to use the elliptical (but my husband has cluttered that room with parts and pieces of things he's working on and I have to move everything to just get to it) or WATP videos. I really need to get more focused on exercise again though, I've sort of let it fall by the wayside.
