Same goal as last time for me... to actually log everything I eat. Last time, every time I'd step away from the computer that goal would leave my brain. Today, though, I have the actual pen and paper (book) right here on the desk in front of me, and I've already filled in breakfast and lunch. I WILL keep track this week! :)
