Hello all! My name is Tracy. I have been successful on WW in the past but didn't attend the meetings.. I had bought the at home kit. I Stopped counting points and I gained 25 of the 30 lbs that I had lost back!!
So really for counting points is crucial, I know this but I sometimes get tired! I have a plan this time... when I get tired and feel like a change I plan to switch to core as needed... Though I love counting points. There is more variety in what you eat.
I have been back at it for almost two weeks now... My first WI after I started tracking was a loss of 3.6lbs
I can't wait till this Wednesday to see how I am progressing!
I am attending meetings this time and I love it! I wouldn't stop going unless something Tragic happend! LOL I wish I had went to meetings before, I was under the impression that it was costly. If you get the monthly pass it is only $10 a week and you get e-tools freed. I saved money actually by not getting Mcdonalds a few times a week... The program has paid for itself already!
You all seem to be doing great! I would love to join your little group for WI's. I look forward to getting to know all of you..
