Default Sistas walkin' from NY to LA

Hey there. So we are going to start from New York, New York and walk to Los Angeles, CA. It is 2462 miles as the crow flies. Each minute of exercise is worth 1 mile. Every time you post subtract your miles from the total of the previous post. And we're off!

I am up for this one. I did my excercise for today, but I'm at work so will post tonight.

Managed to get on the bike again and stay on for a bit longer than yesterday.

20 minutes is two days combined LOL. But we have a funeral today for DH's grandfather and I have NOTHING that fits to wear! That was an eye opener...even my fat clothes are too small! Serious things have to change after this weekend. But with two funerals in one weekend I am just in survival mode right now.

Smile I am going to LA too!!

I want to walk with you guys too!!! But I will be a few days behind, probably a week in all...........I have to sit it out for a few days, just getting started feeling some better, asthma flare, acute sinusitis, and bronchitis........but walking is my favorite exercise, so this is a good challenge for me...........thanks!!!

Welcome Marion! The more people we have participating the faster we'll get there.

I'm having a bad day and can't get into any exercise. I'm actually supposed to be at work, was there for a little over 4 hours then came home. Then I"m working nights tomorrow and Wednesday. I'll try and do some biking tomorrow. Good job to those that got off the couch and moved!
