i to have a skinny sister but she isn't the problem, my mom is.. she even went so far as to call me a witch when i said i wanted to lose 100 pounts

my sister doesn't push foods on me but when i say im fat (275 pounds current) she says Lisa your not fat your fluffy .. lmao

she has told me that her and her friends have issues with their weight to, they look at each other and see skinny but when they see them selves they think they are FAT ..
my sister is 5'0- 5'1 and 95-98 pounds (even after 4 kids) SHE IS SO NOT FAT and neither is her friends but that really opened my eyes.. everyone (or most everyone) has some sort of issue with them selves .. i even caught my 14 y/o neice saying she was fat (since about 10) she is about the same size as my sister but a lil taller .. but she isn't fat either

People are afraid of change. I have one GF who lives far away. She's comng home in month to visit and she keeps focussing on the fact that I might be skinnier than her!
Do what's right for you
and other peoples views of you or indeed themselves are Their problem!

Hah! I have a skinny sister myself. What makes it more difficult is that she is an actress and model (and only slightly taller than me!). But that's not my inspiration for wanting to lose weight. I want to do it for myself so I can smile when I look in the mirror because I look and feel healthier. I've been on the points system for three days and have already lost 4 pounds. Goodbye water weight! New to board and navigating.
