Big fat zero for me last week. I am still feeling pretty sick. My goals are:
1) Drink 3 cups of water per day
2) Just try to move more (I'll get a point at the end of the day if I took some time to remember to move more)
4) No eating after 8pm
5) Eat breakfast everyday
Great job Misty! I give up on the challenge for this month. It has not been a good month for me with being sick, all my good intentions get tossed out the window and it is hard to get back on track. All I really want to do is get control of my eating. My night time eating has been better this week and I haven't been snacking as much during the day either.
