Thursday is here, so I'll kick it off. Down 1lb this week . Would like for it to be more, but at least it's not a gain. I'll take what I can get. Have come down with a cold , so don't think I'll be able to bike till I'm over it. I don't expect that to make too much of a difference though.
I don't understand it---yesterday I ate within my points and exercised for 40 minutes. I was up a pound today. I know, I know, it could be water retention or a million other things. I've just been trying really hard for a week and I get THIS!
Onward and downward, I say.
Aww Tina. I'm sure you gained for a good cause. Maybe you gained a pound of muscle that will contribute to a big loss next week. It seems whenever I am doing well at staying OP I will have an unexplained gain one week followed by a 3lb loss the next. Cheering you on to a great week!

I was down .4. I knew last week was too good to be true. lol I did write everything down again, and had activity points. I didn't use all of my flex points. One thing that I did do different was up the medicine for the pain. That's the one that made me gain before. I don't like to take more because of the chance of weight gain, but the pain won out this time.
I was down .8 yesterday. Not too bad considering it was my birthday on Sunday and my friends made sure I didn't know who I was by the time we got home. So all in all....success....

I've been doing great staying OP this week. Since TOM is coming up, I'm just hoping to stay the same this week and not have a gain.
Terry, I'll bet you will hit 8 pounds!! I gave up on my goal to make it to 20 on my tracker. Right now I hope to make it up to the 14!!
Having to go back on the stronger medicine isn't do me any good in the weight loss dept. right now. Also, I think I'm old enough for TOM to be done!! So why am I bloated and crampy??? Sorry. TMI I know.
I used my "Get Out of Jail Free" certificate at WW tonight. That's what I called it anyway, and the receptionist thought that I was nuts. I did not want the gain on my card! Next week TOM should be done, and I'll feel better about weighing (I hope!!).
