Default Whole Foods Menu 12/11

Don't know if it was okay to start this, but I am eager to plan for tomorrow (tough weekend food-wise).

B- 1/4 c. oats, 1 T. almond butter, banana
S- tea
L- 1 c. bl bean & roasted pepper soup, tofu, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted green beans
S- yogurt, clementines
S- veggies & hummus
D- egg subsitute, homemade refried beans, cheese, salsa, lite sour cream, la tortilla ww tortilla (maybe), steamed veggies
S- tea and blue bunny no sugar added popsicle

Start anytime. I had a small gingerbread problem Friday so I understand tough weekends.
B-oatmeal, flax, honey, raisins, 2 turkey sausages
S-ff/sf latte
L-huge spinach salad, low fat clam chowder
S-cherries, 1 slice toast w/almond butter
D-omega 3 eggs, onion, pepper, small salad, french onion soup, orange
S-1 sq dark chocolate
tea all day, raw peppers, cukes and carrots if hungry while making supper
