I'm baking cookies to freeze for Christmas today. I need to get them into the freezer quick. I exercised yesterday. I added a three mile walk to my usual yoga. I think it made me hungrier, which sort of defeats the purpose.

S-ww english muffin w/almond butter and blueberry spread(my new obsession)
D-thai tilapia, huge serving of oriental vegetables, brown rice
S-2 (AND ONLY TWO) Christmas cookies, tea
B-Kashi waffle with 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter
S-Kashi TLC cookie (friend gave me a ton of coupons, so i tried these skeptically. they aren't bad!)
L-1/2 serving of healthy harvest pasty, homemade light alfredo sauce, 1 squash roasted with herbs
S-diet Energy drink (its exam week, 40 pages of papers due...i need the taurine!)
S-coffee
D-Peanut butter sandwich on ww and tomato soup
S- Apple
