TGIF!!! I'm all packed up and ready for work, so might as well post it.

B: skim milk
S: Dannon Activia yogurt
L: whole wheat pita with turkey, swiss, guac
S: popcorn
D: not sure -- I'm on my own for dinner

L-huge spinach salad w/pepper, onion,cuke, avocado and turkey ham
S-raw veggies, hummus
D-veggie lasagna, broccoli, zuchhini, orange, biscotti&tea
S-tea& dk chocolate

B- 1 slice Whole Foods carrot cake (it IS whole, although obviously not the best choice for breakfast)
L- sandwich from cafe in bldg.

TGIF!!!!! It's been one of those weeks. Girls crying in the bathroom, that sort of drama, constantly (I teach HS).

chicken sausage, small potato, baked/ove fried in some olive oil
steamed brocoli

probably going to go out for a glass of wine or two tonight. Must... resist... guac and chips...

Hey all you breakfast skippers. Fear not! I have you covered. I had two.

B1: Cheerios, soymilk, banana
B2: ww toast w/ peanut butter, OJ, coffee w/ skim
S: Apple
L: V8, lentil soup, yogurt, pineapple
S: Carrots, Kashi bar
D: take out Chinese, beef & broc w/ steamed rice, moo shoo chicken & 2 pancakes, 1 fortune cookie, dk chocolate

About 2000 calories for the day
