I love motherhood, but gosh my eating has regressed. (Can you say Ramen Noodles... talk about falling off the wagon!)
I start back with my trainer tomorrow, and I'm hereby pledging to get back to my whole foods that were making me feel so good before the ordeal otherwise known as 28 hours of labor followed by a c-section.
I've been lurking occasionally, bue here is me de-lurking again.
When my DD was about a month old, it took me over 1 hr to make and eat a peanut butter sandwich. Do what you can, but don't sweat it too much. You'll get back!
