Okay, I'll play! I'm not strictly whole foods yet, but I'm getting pretty close...
1/2 cup frozen (thawed) veggies--peppers, onions, and spinach
1/2 T olive oil
1 oz cheddar cheese
pinch of salt, pepper; little slather grainy mustard
1/2 ww min-bagel
2 Wasa sesame crackers
2 carrots, celery sticks
1/2 c Fage yogurt
2T wheat germ
1 c homemade beef stew (sorry vegetarians...)
served over mashed butternut squash and mashed potato combined, w/ 1/2 T olive oil or butter
small apple, bit of cheese
Start: I was too scared to look.
Current: Since it goes up and down by five pounds in the time it takes to sneeze, who really knows?
Goal: I won't know until I'm closer to it.
