Default Yogurt scones recipe-not really a health food

My kids like scones after school or for Saturday breakfast. I've fiddled with the recipe to make it better but I still don't think it's really healthy. The original recipe called for 1 C butter and white flour.

1 6oz container 0% Fage plain yogurt (original 1C sour cream)
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cup ww pastry flour (original 4c all purpose flour)
1 cup white flour
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 c butter (original 1C butter)
1/2 c light cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup raisins, dried cherries or mini chocolate chips(this is optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease baking sheet

1-blend baking soda and yogurt and set aside
2-combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl
3-but in butter and cream cheese, stir in yogurt until just moistened, stir in raisins if using
4-turn onto floured board and knead very lightly, pat into a round and cut into wedges (original recipe called for 12, I make them smaller)
5- place on prepared baking sheet and bake 12-15 minutes
