Default Whole Foods Menu 09/16/06

Last nights dinner ended up being jacket potato topped with vegetarian chili, so the day didn't end up being too bad ... after the cake and doritios!

English Muffin with low fat cheese
Chicken & vegetable soup
low fat fromage frais
Going out for dinner so don't know yet .....

B- greek omelet (spinach, eggs, feta)
L-leftover butternut squash, indian lentils on ww/pita w/yogurt and cuke
D-baked,breaded eggplant w/ww couscous and spaghetti sauce and 1oz mozzarella cheese
S-popcorn,chocolate and tea
He that is good for making excuses is seldom good for anything else.

B - 2 pieces of whole grain toast, natural peanut butter

L - 3 veggie tacos (2 Morning Star farms black bean burgers), 3 whole wheat tortillas, a little low fat cheese, salsa, mixed greens (booo no spinach)

S - Starbucks tall pomegranate juice blend

S - nectarine

S - cut up veggies (baby carrots, grape tomatoes, sliced orange pepper)

D - tandoori tofu, salad with dark mixed greens (including kale), red pepper, wild rice, olive oil dressing
SIX YEARS at maintenance weight!
